They claim to be comcast, and ask for me by name. If they are told I am unavailable, they just hang up. If nobody answers, they dont leave a message. I am a comcast customer, so I called them to find out what they want....and they claim it is not them. what does one do in this situation

got a call 8am saying we owe money told her i don't know what she's talking about lady got very rude i hung up she called back hung up again and then she called again!

calls me at work wanting more information and asking other just to get more information.

something about taking a survey...asked to leave number that I wished to be taken off list...did not leave it.

This number has called me two days in a row now when i am at work and can not answer. They leave no message. I have no idea who it is.

This is a scam number, received by information by pfishing pay day loan companies. Do not answer the phone, they are just trying to get money from you that you do not owe!!!!

i recvd a call from this phone number too did not wan to send me sny information so that i may know who he was or who he was working for he said id be arrested if i didnt get him the money in two hours

wca subscriber service, said my household was eligle to win some walmart certificate, that was on answer service when i calledv the # back, they left no message from original call

My entire workplace got the phone call from Craig Morgales at GSS. He left the message on our work extensions on Sunday at 5:10am. My work place is huge! This must be some kind of big time scam because #1, how can he call so many people at once. #2, why are there multiple names of men and/or companies that are trying to call people. #3, Why would they hang up on people and/or make believe it was a wrong number when the people call back??? I know that my entire workplace was called because I have reported it to the appropriate people. I hope they/he/it gets caught!

Couldn't hear first caller ssked for return number. Call back and spoke with Ryen Cruz (he spelled it that way)who claimed to be head of cybercrimes. He went into long spiel about people coming to my house and workplace to put me in jail. Asked why he was calling and he repeated it. Asked more questions about the company all he said was Cash Advance. I asked him if was trying to collect money, if so, how much. He told me he didn't want money. Wanted to see me in jail and hung up again. I called back and he finally gave me the account he was using. It was a checking account I closed last year because of fraud. I told him the account was closed because fraud. He cursed me out and hung up.

I have requested 10 times to be removed from their marketing list. doesn't work. Cannot call the number and do anything other than select option one. Want to report them but not sure how.

The phone rings, I pick it up, silence... then after a few "hellos", I finally hear a female voice say, "good bye!". Then the party hangs up. This has been going on for some time now, and it is getting very annoying!
